I'm glad so many people started following me on facebook website Martinity - it keeps me motivated to do more things.
The weather is rainy and gloomy - I do hate it - there's nothing to do.
That's why I'm going for a shopping soon, I need a workout outfit - it's time to loose weight (especially after Thanksgiving and before Christmas time!).
I think most of people feels tired or depressed during the darker days of fall and winter, and so do I.
I don't get it why cloudy days make some peeps happy.
So, do you know how to brighten your mood when it's raining?
GREEN SUNNY SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 yellow banana (2 if you want it sweeter)
- 1 medium handful of spinach
- 1 medium apple (not sour)
- ½ cup of orange juice (it depends,add more to make it more juice-like)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- some ice cubes (optional)
- Cut the fruit,combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses .

Wow, your green sunny smoothie looks fantastic. Thanks my friend for the recipe. I am fond of drinking smoothies and Green drink, so I always prefer trying different recipes for change. I would like to try this one too!
